Check-in time is 5 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We do try and give guests access before 5 pm where possible so please make sure we have a contact mobile number for you when booking, so we can contact you on your arrival date.

You can use the calendar below to check availability and send a booking request. Alternatively fill in the enquiry form, or simply send an email to hello@18themeadows.co.uk. We will reply to your request within 24 hours. We love to hear from our prospective guests before you book. If you have any questions about staying at Number 18, please ask.

Payment can be made by bank transfer from UK banks or if you prefer to pay by card, using Stripe. If you are booking from abroad, we have a Wise account. All payment details will be sent in an email confirmation.

A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking. Booking will not be secured until the deposit has been received.

The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Full refunds will be given for cancellations as long as at least 8 weeks' notice is given.
