Select your check-in and check-out dates, complete the short form with your details, and send it through. We always enjoy hearing from prospective guests, so if you have any questions about staying at Number 18, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: For bookings with less than 7 days' notice, please email Catherine at hello@18themeadows.co.uk with your check-in and check-out dates, contact details, and number of guests. We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, though availability cannot always be guaranteed.

• Payment can be made by bank transfer from UK banks or Stripe if you prefer to pay by card. If you are booking from abroad, we have a Wise account. All payment details will be sent by email confirmation.​

​

• A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is required to secure your booking. Booking will not be secured until the deposit has been received. 

​​

• The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking.

• Full refunds will be given for cancellations as long as at least 8 weeks' notice is given.
